Briana Stockton, certified personal trainer and raw food chef has a life-long passion for health, wellness, and fitness.
Briana is AAISMA-certified, CPR-certified and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from San Francisco State University. With over 12 years of experience, Briana Stockton has enhanced her skills in both nutrition and fitness training by her own trial and error. She uses her own experience to educate her clients on a healthy lifestyle that combines a raw food diet during the day and “correct combinations” of cooked food at night.
Her personal training is a grass roots approach with full body intensity. She takes her clients through an explosive, interval circuit workout that challenges them both mentally and physically. Incorporating plyometrics, TRX, balance and core routines, there is never a dull or boring moment.
She quickly became a popular raw food chef in Los Angeles, preparing raw cuisine and desserts for private clients and small groups. Soon after she began to package her own raw food meals “Pure Raw Love” daily to CBS, Sally Hershberger Salon and for an exclusive list of celebrity clients.
Now living back in San Francisco, Briana continues to prepare raw food and share her extensive knowledge on the benefits of a raw food diet.
Although Briana’s focus is on raw food, she understands that not everyone fully embraces the lifestyle. Therefore, she works with many clients who choose to incorporate some raw food as well as the addition of more raw vegetables, fruits, nuts and seeds to keep the immune system strong.
It is essential for her clients to know the importance of getting the full effects of enzymes to assist in the digestion and absorption of foods. They are known to be the “Life-Force” or “energy” of food. Raw food has the best balance of water, nutrients and fiber to meet the body’s needs and provides individuals with more strength, energy and stamina for a healthier life.
